Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At Spinal Flow Wellness Center, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our clients. Below are the terms of our refund policy:

 

1. Booking Policy

    •    All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments booked within 72 hours of the start time are not eligible for refund of deposit. 

 

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

    •    Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time will receive a full refund, including any deposits paid.

    •    Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment will not receive a refund of the deposit.

    •    No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in forfeiture of the full service fee, at our discretion.

 

3. Rescheduling

    •    If you need to reschedule your appointment, we encourage you to do so at least 72 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.

 

4. Exceptions

    •    Refunds due to extenuating circumstances (such as medical emergencies) may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

    •    If Spinal Flow Wellness Center needs to cancel an appointment for any reason, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.
